HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-     1.     Check-in time and Check-out time - 1200 noon.                         2.     For Guaranteed Early Check-in, Charges are applicable as per the hotel policies.                       1)     Before 08.00 HRS – 100% Amount to be charged (Room need to be booked from previous night)                       2)     After 8.00 HRS – Subject to Availability of Rooms.                         3.     For Guaranteed Late Check – out. Charges are applicable as per the hotel policies.                       1)     Upto 14.00 HRS – Subject to Rooms Availability                         2)     Between 14.00 – 18.00 HRS – 50 % of Agreed Room rates                         3)     After 18.00 HRS – 100% Amount to be charged.                         4.     The hotel may raise separate invoice for the services availed, at its discretion.                       5.     Input Tax Credit (ITC) to be availed by you against the invoices issued by hotels(s) shall be subject to compliances to be made by you as per the applicable law, and hotel shall have no obligation in this regard what-so-ever             6.     You shall intimate in advance your Goods and Services Tax Number (GSTN), along with the address and PAN number for the purpose of availing Input Tax Credit. The hotel shall not be held responsible for any incorrect information provided by you.             7.     These rates are not applicable for block bookings including conferences, workshops, delegations, events, training programs, etc. The cancellation and amendment policy is described in the Annexure-B as enclosed herewith.             8.     Above rates are subject to change in case of disclosing.                         9.     In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request you to carry a photo-identity to present at check-in. foreign nationals will require to present the Passport and valid visa while Indian nationals can present any one of these: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card or PAN card.        10.  BAR (Best Available Rates) / OTR (One Time Rates) are occasional and tentative and subjected to valid for particular period.                   11.  All bills must be settled either by cash / by Credit Card, before departure. We do not accept Personal or Company cheques for payment nor do we undertake any third party billing.               12.  In case of BTC (approved ones only), “Bill To Company” authorized letter may please fax or mail specifying exact billing instructions.                   A. Special rates are net & non- commissionable.                         B. The above rates are wholesale business traveller of Hafele India Pvt Ltd & we will be work out for longstay rates as per the requirement.                  D. The special rates as quoted to you cannot be displayed on the Internet, electronic media or any other media which is open to general public and has unrestricted viewer ship.                CANCELATION AND AMENDMENT POLICIES:-                         ·       For individual rooms Full amount will be refunded subject to cancellation minimum of 48 hours prior to date of check – in, within 48 hrs full day retention will be applicable.                ·       For group bookings Reservations will be confirmed against an advance or on receipt of a valid credit card number and card expiry date.            In case there is any no-show or cancellation/amendment of the conference/group (in part or full), within 30 days or less from the date of check in, a retention charge will be levied. The retention charge will be calculated as follows - # of rooms being cancelled/no-shows X 1 night X applicable daily rate per room for the conference/group.  In addition, should any participants check out early, retention will be charged for those nights booked, now being released due to the early check out.           ·       For conference room reservations there is any no-show or a cancellation/amendment (in part or full), within 7 days or less from the date of the conference/event, a cancellation charge, of 50% of the total billing i.e. 50% of {number of people X applicable per head rate}, will be levied.

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
  • PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
  • Extra mattress will be provided for triple occupancy bookings.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
